Carol Codinas

Legal and Compliance Director

Carol joined Abac Capital in 2025. She has over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, having developed her career as a Compliance Officer at an EAF, where she worked for seven years, and subsequently at Trea Asset Management, an asset management firm where she spent more than six years as part of the legal and compliance team.

During her time there, she was also a member of both the sustainability team and the sustainability committee.

Before entering the financial sector, she worked as a lawyer at various law firms in Madrid and Barcelona.

Carol holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and has completed an Executive Program in Corporate Compliance at ESADE Business School.
